Guided Tours are offered at 12:30 and 2:30 p.m. ► Because training is provided so you are comfortable in your position. ► Because we need you!
Volunteers are Vital to the Wolcott HouseDocents lead visitors through the house and around the grounds, explaining the Wells-Wolcott legacy and the pioneering traditions of the lower Maumee Valley. Group/School Guides show special tours regaling wonderful stories about Captain Wells, Chief Little Turtle, and Mary and James Wolcott. Hosts/Hostesses greet visitors at the Wolcott House door. Storekeepers greet and serve visitors while maintaining the museum store.
Maintenance Helpers assist in keeping the buildings and grounds in order. Special Event Workers aid the Society in fund-raisers and fun special events scheduled throughout the season.
